Alexander Antseburov
After studying business informatics at FH Nordakademie and completing a semester abroad at the University of California Riverside, Alexander has focused consistently since 2012 on optimizing retail landscapes in SAP environments. Over the last 14 years, he has built deep expertise ranging from the core retail modules MM and SD to the integration of complex omnichannel processes and POS systems.
Scrum, PMI, and the ITIL framework form his methodological foundation. His standard is quiet, reliable operations that free up IT capacity for true innovation. As an expert in cross-system communication, he knows how to orchestrate data flows across heterogeneous landscapes so that clean end-to-end processes emerge.
His experience includes consolidating complex system environments as well as technical leadership in building modern S/4HANA Retail greenfield landscapes. He analyzes technical architectures in detail to design maintainable solutions that remain stable and make daily work easier for users.
Looking ahead, Alexander relies on AI-supported monitoring systems to proactively automate maintenance and operations. For him, a stable core is the basic prerequisite for IT not only to support innovation in retail, but to enable it in the first place.
